This project involved the design and implementation of a custom business management application built in C# for Windows. It was created to support a company with multiple administrative roles, each responsible for registering and supervising different stages of internal projects.

The application allowed staff to manage project data, invoices, working hours, and human resources in a structured and consistent way. Employees could input daily information coming from different tools used across the company, ensuring that all operational data was consolidated in a single system.

At the end of each month, the system automatically generated closing reports and balance summaries for all projects. This significantly reduced manual work and errors during financial reviews, while providing management with a clear overview of the company’s operational status.

From a technical perspective, the system was developed in C# and backed by a centralized Windows Server with SQL. All project and accounting data was stored and managed on the server, ensuring data consistency and availability across the organization.

One of the main advantages of this architecture was that system performance did not depend on the hardware capabilities of individual workstations. By relying on a centralized SQL backend, the application minimized the risk of data loss, reduced bottlenecks, and created a more robust and scalable working environment.

The user interface was carefully designed to be clear and intuitive, leveraging the strengths of C# to provide an advanced UI that improved usability and reduced the learning curve for new employees. This directly translated into higher productivity and smoother day-to-day operations.
