Integral security system for personal vehicles

My project revolves around creating a comprehensive security context for vehicles. One aspect of this security enhancement involves the implementation of dynamic immobilizers in various secondary systems of the car. These immobilizers operate in parallel with the vehicle’s CAN bus system, helping to improve overall security.

It’s important to note that the existing CAN bus system in most vehicles today can be vulnerable to security threats. Hackers have discovered ways to exploit these communication systems, making it possible to start a vehicle without the original key. This presents a significant risk to vehicle owners and highlights the need for improved security measures.

By developing a parallel system to the CAN bus, my project aims to mitigate these risks and protect vehicles from unauthorized access. The dynamic immobilizers incorporated in the secondary systems serve as an additional barrier against potential hacking attempts, making it more difficult for intruders to compromise the vehicle’s security.

Another key feature of my project is the integrated continuous 24-hour recording system, which increases safety in the event of incidents. This system utilizes two integrated cameras that cover 170 degrees both in front of and behind the vehicle, without obstructing visibility. This constant surveillance ensures that the car’s surroundings are monitored at all times, providing valuable information in case of any accidents or security breaches.

I’m passionate about improving vehicle security and safety, and I’m confident that my project can make a significant difference in these areas. With the integration of dynamic immobilizers and a parallel system to the vulnerable CAN bus, my solution offers a more robust security framework for vehicle owners. Due to security reasons, I am unable to share specific details of my project, as the system is currently active in various vehicles. It’s crucial to maintain confidentiality in order to protect the integrity of the security measures in place. On another note, it’s important to highlight that the functionalities of my project have been customized to suit each vehicle, taking into consideration factors such as the installed electronics, whether it’s a motorcycle, car, and so on. A significant emphasis has been placed on ensuring that the added electronics do not interfere with the vehicle’s natural systems. This careful integration of the security features ensures seamless operation while enhancing the overall safety and security of the vehicle.
